Ok everyone... as you know, Hasbro is answering questions on a weekly basis for fan sites.
So, let's join the fun.
Post your questions here. We can submit a max of 3 questions weekly, so we'll pick and choose the best ones to send in each week.

We've seen the neo vintage figures. Are there plans for vintage playsets? I'd like to see the Death Star brought to life again. This time with figures included.

-With 2007, we will almost undoubtedly see a new Star Wars basic figure line. Will the holo figures continue with the new line, or will there be any new pack-ins?
-How do reissued figures get decided upon? How is one sculpt of a character chosen over another one? (Example : the reissue of ROTS Grievous #36, when the ROTS deluxe Grievous is a vastly superior sculpt, IMO)
-With rumours of the VOTC/VTSC line continuing every year with 5 or 6 new sculpts, will we see figures on the vintage POTF cardback?
-Is the UGH planned for successive years? Will we see 10 new chase figures next year?
-Have plans begun for a figure line based on the upcoming TV series?
-With its seemingly good success, is the Galactic Heroes line planned for a long life?
-Will we ever see a reissue of Fan's Choice #3 - Ephant Mon?
-With the popularity of the many ROTS style clonetrooper, can we still expect to see AOTC style clonetroopers released?
-What are the chances that we would ever see a line in the same vein as the VOTC/VTSC for the prequel characters? Not on vintage-style cardbacks, but a line of super-articulated sculpts for prequel characters?
-With the last wave of TSC hitting in October, what can we expect to see on the pegs for the holiday season? Will the 2007 line debut at that time? -- AND, with the last wave not hitting until October, what can we expect to see on the pegs between now and then - reissues of the earlier TSC cases, or nothing?
-Of my questions, this one has priority for me as I've been wondering this for more than a year now: When will we see a sculpt of General Grievous that is in proper scale with the rest of the 3.75" line? Or is there one even being considered at this time?

1) Besides the "Snow Bunny" Target exclusive that is due to be released, are we going to see any other figures of Padme in the near future?
2) Any chance of a Hermione Bagwa (Dexter Jettster's human waitress) figure being made?

This was asked and answered at Toy News International's Q&A for this week : http://toynewsi.com/news.php?catid=8&itemid=9622
I've been trying to follow as much of what other sites are asking, so we don't end up snding in a similar/same question. The one I had about the Prequel characters being done in a SA line was asked at Yoda's News, but no answer was given - except the same general one about the potential for another VTSC wave in 2007.

I hate to be the Grand Poo-Pooher here, but we all know that it does no good to "Ask Hasbro" anything. (Screw it... I DON't hate to be the pooh-pooher!) We have been trying for years to do it... they have only marginally paid attention to the collectors.
Their submission guidelines for these question states: Also, while Hasbro welcomes any and all questions regarding past and present product lines, they reserve the right to refrain from answering any questions that may otherwise divulge proprietary information related to future products.
That just means more responses along the line of: it's something we've looked at, probably not, and we're not ruling that out.
Does it help to ask questions? Maybe. Do I expect much from Hasbro in response? No.
Their responses to the questions so far haven't revealed anything but hints and innuendos mixed in with vague and obscure comments.
I am NOT a Hasbro-hater... I'm just saying it doesn't do any good to ask these questions. I'll be buying their product through their 2018 contract with LFL... I know that and I am ok with that. However, I am not going to compose carefully thought out questions that will only get some canned lukewarm response.
End of rant. Move along... nothing to see here.

That said...
1) I hope we see more of those Custom Choppers that are piled ceiling high in every WalMart I visit.
2) Who was the genius who suggested cancelling the Unleashed line and replacing it with Unleashed Battlepacks? I hope he/she is in the witness relocation program somewhere.
3) And what about the Tonnika sisters?!
4) And how about a new Emperor, huh? Jeez... only the most pivotal character in ROTS beside Anakin/Vader.

Didn't you create a big rant a couple weeks ago about how we should quit ****ing so much?
Perhaps that was just my imagintion, though.

It isn't surprising that Hasbro would give pretty vague responses to the questions because they are not going to say anything that will give away their future plans.
Since they are actually reading our questions though then I think that it is a good idea to continue asking them. Maybe it will show them that there is real interest in certain items or give them an idea for creating a figure, vehicle, etc that they never thought of.
Like a Hermione Bagwa figure.

I believe that the point of Jaxx's previous comments was that forum members should quit continuously complaining about the same things.

What I'd really like to see made is a VOTC version of an "All-New Likeness" Grand Moff Tarkin, that would give us a figure that should have been made in the vintage line to start with, though I'd be very happy with a new version in any basic line, as the first one is kind of a bit too buff.

Okay, get back on topic.
The questions, while they may get obscure or vague responses, are still beneficial to us. For once, Hasbro is basically asking us - "WHAT DO YOU COLLECTORS WANT?"
By agreeing to answer questions from collector fansites, they want to know our opinions, what we hope to see, what we don't like, and what we want from the next 12 years they have they liscence.
Some of the answers may be very vague, but thats also very likely because they don't have everything planned, and are using us to guage what to plan. Which I am all for.
Example : if they get enough questions about the Death Star playset, then they might say "Hmmm, maybe we should produce this thing...", or "maybe we should do an SA line for the prequels..."
So, get your questions in there!
